Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) offers a unique school culture that enables students to flourish as artists and scholars in a creative and nurturing environment. OCSA is a home-away-from-home for its students, where they are surrounded by like-minded, motivated peers, and supportive faculty. Students receive opportunities to participate in a variety of traditional school sponsored activities, special events, clubs, and organizations that enhance leadership skills, develop confidence, and form meaningful memories.

Outside academic and conservatory classes, OCSA students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of events and student organizations on and off ­campus. With more than 100 clubs on campus, extra­curricular activities, and community service opportunities enable our student artists to develop their leadership skills and to have a memorable junior high and high school experience.

OCSA Welcome Week

OCSA Welcome Week

Welcome Week takes place during the first week of school and offers an opportunity for students to be matched up with a conservatory buddy, meet with their conservatory director, learn more about OCSA culture, meet classmates and teachers, and begin to acclimate to the campus. Welcome Week events include: 

  • Buddy Program activities 
  • Welcome Week Festival for students and parents featuring carnival style games, food trucks, music, and a dunk tank

#MSquad supports the mission and core values of OCSA through programs and activities designed to create a unique middle school culture, encourage responsibility, strengthen personal connections, support academic excellence, and celebrate successes in our middle school community. #MSqaud activities include events such as:
