Aarav Putrevu (CAH, ‘26) published a culinary workbook for kids titled “Gourmet Gurus.” Aarav’s work equips kids with the knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their food and prepare affordable, tasty, and nutritious meals. The aim of “Gourmet Gurus” was not only to inspire students' taste for the culinary arts, but also to empower them to appreciate a rich variety of cultural and ethnic cuisines while preparing healthy meals that satiate both mind and body.
