Brian Yan (VA, ‘27), who founded the US Highlight International Art Center Foundation, was recognized by a State Senator of California for hosting the 2024 Highlight International Art Festival. The festival brought together a diverse community from all ages and ethnic groups to participate in the exhibition. Brian and other local artists put on a celebratory performance at the art festival, and selected how to award the most popular work through month-long online voting.
